Kushino Farms Green Yuzu Kosho is a bold, traditional Kyushu condiment crafted from handpicked green yuzu peel, fermented green chillies, and Japanese sea salt. The yuzu and chillies are salted and aged separately for a year, then carefully stone-ground without heat to preserve their vibrant citrus fragrance and layered depth of flavour. The result is an intensely aromatic paste with bright citrus notes, balanced heat, and a clean savoury finish.
Just a small amount of this artisanal condiment transforms a dish, adding a fresh, lively punch.
