COST of shipping?
We ship from our Sydney warehouse with the cost of shipping determined by both the weight and the dimensions of the products you order and your location. Quoted rates are provided by our shipping providers and passed on in full without any added fees.

DISPATCH times?
Most orders are dispatched on the same day they are placed, however, this may not always be the case during busier periods or where products have to be packed for your order. We do not offer guaranteed same day dispatch and selecting Express Shipping does not constitute an agreement to dispatch your order on the same or next day.  

FREE shipping information:
In order to receive free shipping, you must meet the minimum spend requirements. Free shipping is available on all orders except where specified that free shipping is unavailable for certain products. Heavy items may not qualify for free shipping, please check the product information page for further details.
