Bulk Buy Terms & Conditions
We offer bulk buy discounts on selected products throughout our store. These discounts are designed to reward customers purchasing larger quantities and are automatically applied to eligible items at checkout.
To qualify for a bulk buy discount, all applicable items must be purchased within the same transaction. Orders placed separately, including those resulting from store credits, exchanges, or refunds, will not be combined to meet the bulk buy threshold. Discounts apply only at the time of purchase and cannot be retrospectively applied.
Shipping Costs for Bulk Orders
Due to the increased weight and volume of bulk purchases, full shipping charges apply. Bulk buy items are already significantly discounted, and we are unable to absorb freight costs for these orders.
When bulk quantities are added to your cart, our system will automatically calculate shipping fees at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and delivery location. This applies even if your order exceeds the free shipping threshold, as bulk buy items are excluded from free shipping promotions.
If your order includes both regular and bulk buy items, shipping will be calculated based on the total weight and bulkiness of the entire order.
Discount Codes and Promotions
Bulk buy discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional codes or offers. If a bulk discount is automatically applied to your cart, additional discount codes will not further reduce the price.
Only one form of discount (either bulk pricing or a promotional offer) may be used per order. Attempting to stack multiple discounts may result in order adjustments.
In the event of a pricing or promotional error — including but not limited to unintentional stacking of discounts or system glitches — we reserve the right to contact you to rectify the issue prior to order processing. This may involve amending the order total, requesting additional payment, or offering the option to cancel the order for a full refund.
We make every effort to ensure all discounts and offers are applied accurately, and we appreciate your understanding if corrections are necessary due to system or listing errors.

- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue bulk buy offers at any time without notice.
- All offers are subject to availability and may vary between products.
- Misuse of the bulk buy offer (e.g., attempting to split orders, circumvent purchase limits, or request post-purchase adjustments) may result in the discount being revoked and/or future access to bulk pricing being restricted.
- We also reserve the right to cancel any bulk buy order prior to dispatch in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or other technical or administrative issues. Affected customers will be notified, and any payments made will be fully refunded.
- Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
