Pre-Seasoned for You: Ready to use, our pans come seasoned with non-GMO rice bran oil. This natural seasoning evolves with cooking, making the pan forever renewable. As this is still real seasoning on iron pans, acidic foods and detergents can still erode the seasoning. But no big deal, it's always fixable with a little touch-up seasoning, or just keep cooking. These pans are made to be workhorses, not beauty queens.
