A fine powder of raspberries that is perfect for use in all sweet and savoury applications. Try it in cakes and pastries or mix a bit with white chocolate. 

Note: Once open please use within 1-2 weeks or lightly vacuum down into smaller bags and freeze. Due to the delicate nature of freeze-dried products some breakage and powdering of segments may occur. Contains some raspberry seeds!
