Grown in the forest environments in the cooler parts of southern NSW, Victoria and Tasmania, these fruity and spicy berries pack a punch similar to the spiciness found in cinnamon. Use them whole or crushed with game meat, pork or for sauces, dressings and marinades. Or in sweet preparations such as pannacotta, chocolates or cakes.
