How to Use:

  1. Mix 1 tbsp of Meat Velvet with 1 tbsp of water and massage into 200–300g of meat

  2. Let it rest:
     • Thin cuts (1–3mm): 20 mins
     • Medium cuts (4–20mm): 1 hour
     • Large cuts: 8 hours or overnight for ultimate tenderness

  3. Cook as usual and enjoy unbelievably tender results
